Newsweek magazine has named RENFROE as one of the top 1000 workplaces in the United States for Gen Z employees based on "belonging and community, sustainability and awareness, compensation and benefits, training and career progression, work-life-balance, working environment, company image, mental wellbeing, job security and corporate culture."

The announcement places RENFROE among numerous esteemed American employers, including Amazon, Apple, Costco, Delta Airlines, Microsoft, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and hundreds of other well-known names.

This marks the sixth time RENFROE has been honored on one of Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces” lists since 2023, and the second time the company was recognized on a Newsweek list in 2025. In January, RENFROE was named by the magazine as one of America’s Most Admired Workplaces. The firm has also been recognized as a great workplace for diversity, parents and families, women, and job starters.
