Opened Spring 2024, our new claims training center in Irving, TX is a state-of-the-art professional education facility that utilizes the latest classroom, instructional, and streaming technology. This facility allows for traditional classroom instruction in our 80-seat auditorium, computer and software training in our 30-seat computer lab, or practical skills training on full-scale construction mockups in our hands-on workshop. Additionally, our  auditorium is outfitted with professional recording and broadcasting equipment, allowing us to stream our live classes to remote audiences or upload recordings to our eLearning platform, RENFROE U.

This course covers equipment selection, use, and maintenance, familiarizes students with safe working loads, and teaches important knots and rope techniques. Students learn on purpose-built mockups in our Irving, TX training facility under the supervision of an OSHA Class II Competent Person.
