Why Inspectors on Demand?

With Inspectors on Demand, carriers benefit from low-cost inspections that prioritize policyholder satisfaction. This solution allows you to use RENFROE’s highly trained non-licensed inspectors, which are billed at a significantly lower rate than our licensed adjusters. Once the inspection is complete, the scope of loss is sent to a desk adjuster for estimating and settlement, often within the same day as the inspection.

Our property inspection service is billed at a much lower rate than our adjusting service, but maintains our excellent standard of customer service.

Quick Turnaround

Depending on location and other factors, many inspections can be completed within 24 hours of a client request.

Sub For Self-Guided Inspections

Inspectors on Demand is a great alternative when a guided policyholder self-inspection is not possible or is declined by the insured.

What Types of Claims Qualify?

While the determination is ultimately up to the carrier, we generally recommend Inspectors on Demand for low-complexity, low-cost claims without hidden damage.

Though rare, when RENFROE receives a claim that we believe is a poor fit for the inspector model, we will advise the client that an inspection by a licensed adjuster is more appropriate.

Examples of qualifying claims include:

  • Sewer/drain backup without hidden damage
  • Cooking fire with direct damage limited to the source and indirect smoke-related damage
  • Fallen tree destroys a shed and damages or destroys some contents inside
