As General Counsel, Ashley advises the leadership team on all legal matters and oversees compliance, litigation, and audits. Prior to joining RENFROE, Ashley was a partner in a private law firm focusing on labor and employment matters. For her first eight years at RENFROE, she served as Director of Human Resources as well as General Counsel. She earned a BA degree from Auburn University and a JD from the University of Alabama.
