RENFROE Named to 2023 Inc. 5000

The company was ranked No. 3,041 overall; No. 34 within the Insurance industry

Inc. Magazine on Tuesday ranked RENFROE No. 3,041 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. RENFROE was ranked 34th in the Insurance Industry segment, 27th in the state of Alabama, and 7th within its metro area.

“RENFROE being ranked on the Inc. 5000 is a personal high point of my career,” Austin Renfroe, CEO, said in a statement. “It is an honor to be listed amongst so many innovators and disrupters. I have worked with this company throughout my life, and I am so proud of how we’ve grown the family business.”

The ranking analyzes annual revenue growth and other factors at the most successful companies within the independent business segment. This ranking comes on the heels of several major developments in the past few years from RENFROE, including the hiring of industry veteran Gerrad Brigham as President, the promotion of Austin Renfroe to CEO, numerous board additions, and an overhaul of the company’s employee experience and engagement strategy.

"Our people make the difference!” said Brigham. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Team RENFROE! I’d like to thank all our team members across the country as well as our clients that entrust us to represent them for making this possible."
