RENFROE Celebrates Grand Opening of Texas Facility

RENFROE celebrates the grand opening of its new career development and claim operations facility in Irving, TX.

Local RENFROE staff and project employees came together Friday to celebrate the grand opening of the company's new career development and claim operations center in Irving, TX. The state-of-the-art multipurpose facility features a 4,000 square foot training center with 80-seat auditorium, 30-seat computer lab, and an expansive hands-on training warehouse with realistic building mockups. The claim operations center houses a fully functional call center with more than 50 desks, numerous private offices and conference rooms. Both sides of the facility share a spacious kitchen and break area.

The claim operations center will directly support claims handling for many of RENFROE's clients, allowing the company to better fulfill various functions such as claim intake/FNOL, desk adjusting, and more. When not actively used by RENFROE resources, the center can be leveraged to house carriers' own claim staff in times of high volume, facility downtime, or other reasons.

Centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the new claim center balances out and expands upon RENFROE's existing claim center in Birmingham, AL.

RENFROE will soon begin hosting live in-person classes at the career development center, with topics ranging from basic claim handling, to advanced roof access, auto estimating, various estimating software certification courses, and more.
